REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds will not be given for any items unless in original packaging.

 

Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email notifying that the refund has been processed.

 

All refunds normally take 3 - 4 business days to be sent to your bank. Depending on your bank, refunds can take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

 

This time table begins after a returned item is received in our office.

 

Products need to be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Mamabella Cosmetics Online Return Policy

Mamabella Cosmetics allows customers to return unused and unopened items purchased on our website within 14 days of a confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our distribution center. Mamabella Cosmetics does not provide prepaid return labels. You are solely responsible for covering all shipping costs for the return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

The amount paid will be refunded within 2 weeks after your return. The time required comprises the time elapsed in the product to reach us, processing your refund internally and also the time required by our bank to process our refund request

The processing time for orders is 3-4 business days. During sales and new product launches, please allow additional time for processing time.
